Cancellation by MARRAKECH GREEN WHEELS
It should be noted that MARRAKECH GREEN WHEELS has no intention of cancelling any of our booked tours. We really want to bring you out and give you a memorable experience.

However, Morocco is subject to adverse weather conditions (especially in the mountains and desert). For the safety and best interests of our clients and guests, we may need to change or cancel the scope of a trip.

If any Force Majeure events arise close to a scheduled tour, we may have to change the route, schedules, itinerary, amenities and mode of transport without prior notice.

During or prior to departure the climate conditions ( heavy rain, wild winds, snow storms, floods, muddy terrain due to rains, etc.) may force MARRAKECH GREEN WHEELS to change or cancel the trip. This decision is the sole decision of your group guide. If your guide changes or cancels a trip, this is what will happen:

1. Your guide will suggest an alternative tour or route to meet your group’s expectations
2. Cancel, either in whole or partially, the tour’s itinerary
3. Postpone the trip to another day and wait for better weather conditions. Postponing a trip is subject to availability on both your part as the client and on ours.

No refunds will be issued if the tour is cancelled due to Force Majeure and the client decides not to participate in an alternative tour.

MARRAKECH GREEEN WHEELS will provide clients with suitable documentation to enable them to claim a refund from their insurance companies

Unused Sevrice
No refunds will be considered for any unused service after commencement of the tour, trek or expeditions regardless of the reason whatsoever.

Insurance
MARRAKECH GREEN WHEELS is committed to the safety and well- being of all our clients and employees.

We have a few rules and conditions that you need to know prior to participating in one of our tours. It is compulsory that you have your own personal travel insurance to participate in a MARRAKECH GREEN WHEELS tour.

Your personal travel insurance must cover adventure activities and include emergency evacuation as a “precondition” of booking your tour. You will need to carry your insurance documentation with you at all times while you’re on a MARAKECH GREEN WHEELS tour. MGW tours DO NOT include medical assistance or life insurance.

The Mountain Bike Tours we offer often take place in remote locations that are far from big cities. Clients can be at a great distance from medical facilities or other kinds of assistance while participating in one of our tours.
At all times, clients must fully understand and accept the potential risks and dangers connected with this kind of active travel. We want to have fun, but please be aware of the dangers, risks and your own level of experience.

MARRAKECH GREEN WHEELS does NOT accept any liability with respect to accidents, damages, illness, negligence and physical or mental harm.

Authority on Tour

MARRAKECH GREEN WHEELS’s guides and representatives are knowledgeable in the terrain, the equipment, the weather and they’ve been in these areas for many years. Please, trust them and know they are only doing what they think is best for your safety and enjoyment.

The client must at all times strictly comply with the laws and customs of Morocco. Should the client fail to comply with the above, or should the client interfere with the well-being of the group then the guide or MARRAKECH GREEN WHEELS’ representative may order the client to leave the tour without recourse to any refund.
